On July 26, 2022, Shaanxi Province, the national key monitoring enterprise monitoring information release platform shows that *** County Water Co. ammonia nitrogen in 2022.7.25-2022.7.26; total phosphorus in 2022.7.21, 2022.7.24 suspected to exceed the emission standards. PECC reflected the situation to the local EPA via 12369 and Weibo, as detailed in the chart below:

August 12, 2022 received feedback from the local Environmental Protection Bureau: for the enterprise exceeded the standard has been investigated and verified, issued a supervisory order (Zi environmental supervision [2022] 23), will further do a good job of tracking and supervising the work, urge the problem rectification in place, to ensure the stable operation of the sewage treatment plant.
