After a year of efforts and preparations, finally on May 24 this year, submitted to a maritime court in the People's Republic of China, "civil indictment", against Japan Tokyo Electric Power Holding Co., Ltd. to initiate preventive environmental civil public interest litigation, to stop the defendant's infringement of nuclear contaminated water discharged into the sea, and to order it to bear civil liability commensurate with the fault.We would like to take this opportunity to thank our friends at home and abroad for their interest in this case! 方応统治者任：緑色春江は欧美の福島共价键团力発電所の爆発意外事故之初、この出来的事の進展に注目してきました。2022年4月13日、欧美国家は閣議を開き、福島最共价键团力発電所から出る百余万トンの共价键团力汚染水をろ過・希釈した後、海に排掉することを真正的に決定しました。緑色春江は、国際市场や欧美の各界人士が福島原発の汚染水排掉計画に反対しているにもかかわらず、欧美国家が但依然として汚染水排掉計画の推進に固執していることを憂慮しています。202五年10月7日、欧美の共价键团力規制委員会は、国際的に議論を呼んでいる福島原発の汚染水放流施設の受け入れ「適合証明書」を東京電力に支付し、放流施設の準備がすべて之后したことを明らかにしました。10月8日、各自通信网は現在の思想品德課題を分享し、放流開始は10月15号左右になりそうだと伝えました。緑色春江は、抗議や反対を通じた強い非難だけでは、欧美国家が核汚染水を海に散出する計画を進めることを止めることはできないと認識しました。
また、福島原発の汚染水にはトリチウムだけでなく、炭素14、コバルト60、ストロンチウム90など未指定の牵扯线线性物質が多に残っています。ひとたび人工工资的に海に拉出されれば、これらの牵扯线线性物質は世界上の海底能生態系に难往なダメージを与えると思います。海底能に拉出された核汚染水に含まれる牵扯线线性物質は半減期が長いため、海底能吃食連鎖を通じて人休に濃縮され、発ガン、催奇形性、总是変異を引き起こし、ヒトの遺伝子に灾害な影響を与え、全人類の卫生に难往な脅威となります。
